Richard is the Vice President of Technology for PYA Wise Software Solutions. In this role Richard is responsible for technology leadership and management of CRM applications. He is engaged in the planning, design, installation, integration and customization of Microsoft CRM with Small Business Manager, Great Plains, Navision, and other custom applications.

Richard’s 35+ year career spans proficiencies in application and system architecture, integrations, software design, and database design.  He has extensive experience as a consultant and application developer at IBM and MAPICS, as their leader in advanced business applications such as eBusiness, ERP, Financials, Product Lifecycle and Business Process Management.

Throughout his career, Richard has continually provided technology innovations to the IT industry and has received numerous individual and corporate achievement awards.
He is an award-winning leader, mentor and inventor – holding seven U.S. patents for object management and user interfaces. He has successfully led various architecture teams that designed cross-platform object oriented application and middleware, and was a member of numerous technical strategy and education teams.

A champion of Object Oriented Technology. Richard is an accomplished worldwide speaker, and has published various technical disclosures on the subject. In addition to earning the “Outstanding Innovation Award” at IBM, he has actively served in multiple advisory roles
