Between 1969 and 1977, Bill was employed by the international accounting firm KPMG, where he was admitted to partnership in 1975. He was responsible for the Management Advisory practice for Western Quebec and Eastern Ontario, and supervised a staff of more than 40 professionals.

Between 1977 and 1982, Bill was the Chief Financial Officer of Walsh Process Control, an international Engineering firm operating out of 12 offices located in five countries.

Since 1983, Bill was the President of Walker and Associates, and then Wise Software Solutions, with responsibilities that included assessing operational needs, defining business models and processes, and selecting and implementing ERP systems.

In his career that has spanned more than 30 years, Bill has assisted more than 900 companies throughout North America.
