Process Re-engineering begins with a review and
critique of every process under examination. It examines exactly
what people do, why they do it, how they do it, whether they are
the appropriate person to be doing it, whether they are adequately
trained to do it, and whether they have the necessary tools to
do it. This review includes a look at whether the scope of the
jobs and management's expectations have been documented and made
abundantly clear to all, as well as the method for evaluating
staff performance and providing feedback.
This exercise normally results in a series of prioritized
recommendations that may include changes to organizational hierarchy,
hiring or terminations, training program improvements, revised
work-flow and methodology, revised reporting structures, improved
staff communications, etc.
PYA consultants will continue, if requested, to
see these recommendations through to fruition. The proper and
controlled implementation of "change" is the key to
improve your bottom line!
