Bill Walker

Bill attended McGill University and was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Canada. After graduation Bill was employed by the international accounting firm KPMG, where he was admitted to partnership. He was responsible for the Management Advisory practice for Western Quebec and Eastern Ontario, and supervised a staff of more than 40 professionals.

Bill left KPMG to become the Chief Financial Officer of an international Engineering firm operating out of 12 offices located in five countries.

Since 1983 Bill was the President of Walker and Associates, and then PYA-Wise Software Solutions, with responsibilities that included assessing operational needs, defining business models and processes, and selecting and implementing ERP and CRM systems.

In his career that has spanned more than 30 years, Bill has assisted more than 900 companies throughout North America.

Gary B. Jones

Gary is a Global Technology and Business professional with over 25 years of experience in the technology field.  He has held executive positions with SAP/hybris, Crowley Maritime, Winn-Dixie Stores, and the Home Depot where he had a successful track record in implementing innovative business and technology solutions that delivered real business value.

Before joining PYA Wise Software Solutions, Gary was Senior Director of Global Solutions Management for SAP/hybris. As Director, his responsibilities included product planning, new business development, and support of OmniCommerce solutions including omnichannel order management (OMS), customer engagement, B2C & B2B eCommerce, and hybris/SAP integration for the hybris eCommerce (ECP) platform.

Gary spent nine years with the Crowley Maritime Corporation as its VP/CIO, and later as VP of Logistics Services. As CIO, he transformed the IT organization into a high-performing business partner setting the foundation for lowering costs, improving profits, and providing better Business/IT strategic alignment.

His IT career includes serving as VP-IT for Winn-Dixie Stores where he led business solutions delivery teams for core business segments including merchandising, private labeling manufacturing, distribution, and corporate services.

At Home Depot, Gary held several IT and Business leadership roles where he managed systems development and support for merchandising, logistic services, HR, finance & accounting, and marketing for Home Depot – US.  During his time with Home Depot – International, he was responsible for global IT strategy, application development, IT vendor management, technology selection and implementation.

He began his IT career with Anderson Consulting (now Accenture) where he led and managed client engagements ranging from strategic planning to large systems implementations. Systems projects were full life cycle covering business requirements definition, business process modeling & design, systems design, development, and implementation.

During his career, Gary has worked and gained expertise in many industries including Grocery Retail, Home Supply & Home Center Retail, Fashion Retail, Wholesale Distribution, Light Manufacturing, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, CPG, Transportation/Logistics, Software Services & Technology Consulting.

Gary holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance & Accounting awarded with highest distinction from Emory University, Atlanta, Ga.  He is also a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Karla Coop

Karla Coop has over 20 years of experience in implementation, training, business analysis and configuration in business, education, regulatory and non-profit organizations. She has been recognized as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in a variety of CRM enterprise database systems. Her clients range from small startup businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Her ability to understand and translate the technical issues of these complex systems for her customers and relay that information in user friendly formats have provided a higher level of adoption of usage for her clients.

She has created and delivered custom systems and training that is developed by understanding not just the “How”, but “Why” of an organization’s business flow. Additionally, she has helped many organizations develop policies and procedures incorporating both business workflow and system function.

Karla received her BS degree from North Carolina State University as a double major in Biology and Food Science and started her career in manufacturing. Her career in QA led to a switch in careers implementing healthcare systems with McKesson and Allscripts. She has completed master level courses in Instructional Performance Technology through Boise State University and has been a Salesforce Certified Administrator since 2013. She recently obtained the Advanced Administrator Salesforce certification. Additionally, Karla has worked on Microsoft CRM implementations that included integrations with both financial and document management systems.

Karla is active in the Salesforce community and has worked with Atlanta area non-profits teaching Salesforce admin skills and implementing salesforce systems for non-profits. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, running and overseas travel.

Michael C. Leibovitch, I.S.P.

Michael completed extensive studies in the school of Computer Science at Concordia University’s Faculty of Engineering, and received the designation of Information Systems Professional in 1991. Michael has been designing and implementing computer systems for wholesale distributors and manufacturers since 1977. Prior to joining PYA, he was employed by the Consulting and Software division of an international firm of Chartered Accountants, where he was Vice President. His diverse responsibilities range from systems development to project management.

Gerry Ritter

Prior to joining PYA, Gerry was involved in the development and support of ERP and EDI software in his capacity as Megadata’s Vice-President for 12 years. Previously, Gerry held a number of senior positions in the distribution and manufacturing sectors, including providing consulting services on warehouse automation to companies across Asia. His academic background includes extensive studies at Concordia University and Bishops University in both commerce and management information systems.
